- Bet Modification and Cancellation: Once placed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except where system or technical errors have occurred, as determined solely by fatbet. In such cases, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded.
- Live Casino & User Conduct: Players must maintain respectful behaviour within live casino chats and across gaming interactions. Harassment, abuse, threatening language, fraudulent activities, or manipulation of game software/tools are strictly prohibited.

- Responsible Gaming: Players must only wager funds that legally belong to them and must not act on behalf of third parties. Suspected fraud or collusion will lead to account review, suspension, or legal reporting as required by Australian authorities.
- Management Decisions: fatbet's decisions regarding bet outcomes, technical disputes, and rule interpretation are final, subject to dispute resolution procedures outlined herein.

Bonus Terms

- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any unfulfilled wagering requirements expire at the conclusion of the relevant offer or, if not specified, within 30 days of activation in 2025. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without compensation.
- Dispute Handling: All disputes relating to bonuses will be handled as per the dispute resolution procedures in these Terms. Fatbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate promotions in compliance with AU laws or at its discretion.

Payments & Withdrawals
